Termos de uso
Última atualização: 19 de outubro de 2026
O acordo entre você e o Orbit Tarot quando você usa o app. Leia antes de criar sua conta.
Este texto está disponível apenas em inglês, e vale a versão em inglês.
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Orbit Tarot (“we”, “us”) about the Orbit Tarot website and apps, including Quinn, the Reading Circle, lessons, practice readings and Orbs (together, “Orbit Tarot”).
By creating an account, or by using Orbit Tarot, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Orbit Tarot.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Tarot is for reflection and entertainment
Tarot, oracle, rune and I Ching readings on Orbit Tarot are offered for reflection, self-exploration and entertainment. They are not predictions, and we make no claim that they reveal the future or any hidden truth, or that they have any supernatural or scientific basis.
A reading can be a useful way to think about a question, but it can’t tell you what will happen or what you should do. You are responsible for your own choices and their results.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing on Orbit Tarot is medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and nothing replaces it. Don’t delay or ignore professional advice, or stop any treatment, because of something in a reading.
Please don’t use a reading to make important decisions about your health, safety, money, legal matters or relationships. Talk to a qualified professional instead.
If you’re in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency services now (000 in Australia) or a crisis line such as Lifeline (13 11 14 in Australia). Orbit Tarot is not a crisis or support service.
4. Quinn and AI-generated content
Quinn is an artificial intelligence, not a person, and not a professional reader. Quinn’s readings, answers and practice feedback are written by AI models from your messages and the cards drawn. Some lessons, images and videos on Orbit Tarot are also made with the help of AI.
AI can be wrong, inconsistent, incomplete or out of date, and it can sometimes say things that are unexpected, unhelpful or upsetting, even with the safety checks we use. Similar questions can get different answers. Treat everything Quinn says as one perspective to reflect on, never as fact or advice, and use your own judgement.
To answer you, your messages, your question and the cards are sent to the AI service providers we use (currently OpenAI). We use their business services, which don’t use your conversations to train their models. We keep readings and the AI’s answers so you can look back on them, and we review them to keep Quinn safe and improve its readings. If “Quinn can see my readings” is on (You → Settings), Quinn also uses your past readings to make answers more personal.
Please don’t share things you wouldn’t want stored, such as passwords, card or bank details, health records or other people’s private information.
Our safety checks may stop Quinn from answering some messages, and we may limit or end a reading that breaks these terms.
5. The Reading Circle and what you post
In the Reading Circle you can share questions and readings, and read for other members. Readings there come from other members, who are not professionals. We can’t promise that anyone will answer a question, how soon, or what they will say, and we don’t check members’ readings before they appear.
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, show, adapt (for example to fit a screen or to translate) and share it within Orbit Tarot for as long as it stays posted, and for a reasonable time afterwards in backups.
You are responsible for what you post. Don’t post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, misleading or private about someone else, and don’t present your readings as professional advice. We may remove posts and limit accounts that break these rules.
6. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. Your account is for you alone. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
You can delete your account at any time from You → Settings → Delete account. We then delete your account data, except what we must keep by law (for example payment records).
7. Orbs, plans and payments
Orbs are credits for using paid features such as readings with Quinn. They are a licence to use Orbit Tarot, not money or property: they have no cash value, can’t be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be used on Orbit Tarot. Orbs don’t expire while your account is open.
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe (or by the app store you buy through, whose terms also apply). We never see or store your full card details.
A monthly plan renews and is charged each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal from the Top up page; you keep the Orbs you already have.
Purchases are not refundable for change of mind once the Orbs are added to your account, unless the law requires otherwise. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 10). If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us.
We may change prices or what Orbs are worth in future; changes never affect purchases already made. If we ever close Orbit Tarot for good, we will tell you at least 30 days before and refund paid Orbs you haven’t used.
8. Using Orbit Tarot fairly
Don’t misuse Orbit Tarot. For example, don’t: break the law or anyone else’s rights; try to get around our safety checks or limits, or make Quinn produce harmful content; copy, scrape or resell Orbit Tarot or its content; interfere with how it works or try to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours; or use it to build a competing service or train AI models.
9. Our content
Orbit Tarot, including its design, text, lessons, card art and software, belongs to us or the people we license it from (see You → Decks and credits). You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use while you use Orbit Tarot. Some card art is shared under its own licence, such as Creative Commons, and that licence applies to it.
You may share your own readings and Quinn’s answers to them for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Your consumer rights and our responsibility
Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and you may have similar rights under the laws of where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights.
Apart from those rights, Orbit Tarot is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running, accurate and safe, but we don’t promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that readings, AI content or member posts will be accurate, complete or suitable for you.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for: decisions you make, or things you do or don’t do, because of a reading, Quinn’s answers or a member’s post; loss that wasn’t reasonably foreseeable; or loss of profits, data or opportunity. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, for services, to supplying them again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
This section doesn’t limit our responsibility for our own fraud, or for death or personal injury we cause by negligence.
11. Ending or suspending your use
You can stop using Orbit Tarot and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where the law requires it. Unless it’s unsafe or unlawful to do so, we’ll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account without a good reason under these terms, we’ll refund paid Orbs you haven’t used.
12. Changes to Orbit Tarot and these terms
Orbit Tarot will change over time, and we may add, change or remove features.
We may update these terms, for example to reflect new features or changes in the law. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect and may ask you to agree to it again. If you don’t agree to the new terms, you can delete your account; for a change that significantly harms you, we’ll refund paid Orbs you haven’t used. Otherwise, using Orbit Tarot after the change means you accept it.
13. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we can bring a claim in the courts there, and you can also use the courts and consumer protections of the place where you live.
If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
These terms, with our Privacy Policy (orbittarot.com/privacy), are the whole agreement between you and us about Orbit Tarot.
