The Prosperity Path
The Prosperity Path is a four-card spread for money: what to focus on to be better off, and what stands in the way. It also works for questions like “Should I start a business?”.
Four positions. Card 1, at the centre, is what to consider now: the thing to focus on. Card 2 is what or who can help you: a person, a skill, a resource, a habit. Card 3 is a challenge to deal with. Card 4 is the outcome, the direction things take if you follow the reading.
Card 2 is often a person, especially a Court card. A Queen of Pentacles might be someone practical who can advise you, or your own practical side. Ask both: who around me is like this, and where is this in me?
Card 3, the challenge, is very often a habit rather than bad luck: spending to feel better, avoiding the numbers, saying yes to everything. Read it kindly. It’s the most useful card in the spread, because it’s the one you can change.
Look out for Aces. By tradition, one or more Aces here means new ventures should go well and bring money in: a good sign for a new job, a side business or a fresh plan. It’s a sign to take the opportunity seriously, not a guarantee.
Money readings need care. The cards can help you see your focus, your habits and your options. They can’t predict a lottery win, and they’re no substitute for real financial advice when the stakes are high.
Your exercise
Practise reading money cards honestly: pick the reading that stays about focus and habits.
